Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk and Office Administration: Act as the initial point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk presence and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Executive Support Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant (EA) team to provide support for executives when they are on-site, ensuring seamless coordination and meeting preparation.
- Vendor and Property Management: Oversee vendor relationships and maintain close communication with the property management team to address office needs and facilities requirements.
- IT and Onboarding Support: Serve as the on-site point of contact for IT setup and troubleshooting and assist with onboarding new team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop an understanding of the clientele and key stakeholders in the area to provide personalized service and build rapport.
- Independent Office Management: Effectively manage office responsibilities autonomously, especially in the early phases, as the office team is established.
- Reporting and Support: Report directly to the Director of Office Operations, ensuring clear communication on all aspects of office management and executive support.
