- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in AV installation, service, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of managing a team, preferably within the AV, electronics, or home entertainment industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of AV systems, home theater setups, and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with control systems (e.g., Crestron, Savant, Control4) is a plus.
- Leadership Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve company objectives and deliver exceptional service.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex AV issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of AV technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training initiatives to enhance team skills.
- Service Operations Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all service and installation projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and allocate team members based on project requirements and priorities.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer service issues, working proactively to resolve any technical or service concerns.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by implementing feedback mechanisms and quality assurance practices.
- Technical Expertise & Problem Solving:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AV technology trends and system integrations to guide your team in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex AV issues, providing support to the team as needed.
- Project & Budget Management:
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.
