Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within the education or nonprofit sector.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Google Workspace and project/event management tools.
- Exceptional organization, with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President/CEO, including managing a very active calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Proactively manage and optimize the executive’s schedule, prioritizing meeting requests, resolving conflicts, and adapting to dynamic changes to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure the President/CEO is fully prepared for all appointments, maintaining flexibility to accommodate last-minute adjustments.
- Act as a key liaison between the President and stakeholders, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Serve as a professional representative, screening calls, managing email correspondence, and handling inquiries with clarity, tact, and discretion.
- Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the executive to ensure clear and accurate messaging.
- Prepare briefing materials, draft executive communications, and assist in developing reports, presentations, and essential documents.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to support executive messaging, enhance stakeholder engagement, and communicate key initiatives.
- Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of both internal and external events, such as board meetings, workshops, and company functions.
