These are hybrid call center representative positions out of the office in Scottsdale, AZ. The pay rate for these positions is $23/hour! Internet speed verification is required during training (expectation is 1 GB but the minimum required is 40Mbps download and 10Mbps upload while on the VPN), contractors are paid an internet stipend of $80/month to maintain this expectation. Additional speed tests may be required if system issues are occurring.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional client service through strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills.  
  
  
• Serves as the initial point of contact for clients. Follows standardized procedures to meet client needs. May conduct research for complex requests.  
  
  
• Self-sufficient and able to utilize multiple resources to find answers and resolutions independently while meeting department efficiency metrics. 
  
  
• Documents client and team feedback in support of service improvement efforts within the business.  
  
  
• Uses consultative approach to position products and services to clients.
