Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Receive job orders from the client's designated representatives.
- Inform client departments of assigned Contract Labor personnel.
- Arrange for replacements as needed.
- Perform worksite evaluations, facility inspections, and job observations to enhance and ensure safety.
- Manage the interviewing, recruiting, selecting, onboarding, testing, and reference-checking processes for Contract Labor.
- Provide orientation for new Contract Labor, ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
- Address complaints or issues related to Contract Labor, providing counseling as required.
- Implement and oversee a performance management program for all Contract Labor.
- Assist with confirming hours and auditing time punches for payroll.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage attendance for Contract Labor personnel.
- Attend job fairs to promote recruitment efforts.
- Work on accident reports and provide updates to the risk management team regarding workers' compensation claims.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
- Work one Saturday every 8 weeks.
