salary: $19 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support work processes involving Individual Life and Annuity products by sorting and distributing a variety of important insurance product documentation
• Provide backup to team members' desks; this would include but not limited to; 
  • Data input of missing information
  • Matching up and researching missing information
  • Filing
• Assemble Client Documentation Packets related to Life Policy Administration and Annuity Services; ensuring all client specific add-ons and image pages from the software systems and paper documents are included
• Follow proper mailing instructions to ensure they are handled with care
• Utilize multiple internal systems to manage tasks which include handling and clearing outstanding requirements, adhering to and tracking mailing date and delivery date, and underwriting expiration date
• Update internal business partners on progress
