Responsibilities
As a Change Management and Communications Lead, job duties include:
- Lead and manage projects related to raw material changes (e.g., Supplier Notifications of Change, Material Change Requests, Decommissioning, and Product Exits), ensuring minimal disruption to market supply and manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate the implementation of raw materials for a designated group of products while balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, and customer service, while adhering to inventory, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Align diverse Supply Chain perspectives (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management) into a cohesive implementation strategy for material changes.
- Optimize inventory levels in collaboration with Supply Planning to mitigate financial impacts of changes and secure successful material launches.
- Ensure harmonized application of raw material implementation processes across various functions and facilities globally.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality in (bio)pharmaceutical production within a GMP environment.
- Knowledge in Project Management, Change Control, Supply Chain, and Materials Management.
- Practical experience with material and/or label changes in a GMP environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (C3ME or similar), EQM systems (e.g., TrackWise, Saba), project management tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
