Smaller company with annual revenue size of $7 Million is seeking a project accountant to add to their team.  The role is located on site in South End in Charlotte, and benefits of medical dental and vision start after 60 days.  401K includes up to 4% match.  Previous experience within the AEC industry is a must to be considered! 

salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

Client job description

• Set up new projects and enter vendors and estimates
• Manage Accounts Payable by entering vendor invoices, payment schedules, and review statements 
• Communicate with Vendors regarding payment schedules and receive payments from customers
• Manage preparation of monthly invoice pacakages for all billable projects 
• Work with Project Managers by discussiong WIP reports on weekly basis and review with VP
• Perform Month-end and year-end close process including processing journal entries, account reconciliation and financial reporting 
• AIA BIlling and Sage300 a plus 
• Previous work in the AEC industry required
