Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Coordinate and manage an extensive, high-priority executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and respond to calendar changes swiftly, maintaining an awareness of organizational priorities and executive availability.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and logistics for both domestic and international travel.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute travel changes as needed.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Attend key meetings to take notes, track action items, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed by responsible parties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
- Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
- Support and lead special projects as needed, ensuring timelines are met and that the executive has necessary resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain the executive’s trust and provide sound judgment in complex situations.
