Responsibilities
- Work On-site in the mailroom
• Receives incoming mail for processing
• Open mail and separate contents
• Sort mail
• Prep mail for scanning
• Scanning and operating scanning machine to rescan mail, making it legible for review
• Requires sitting and/or standing for lengthy periods of time
• Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Some experience working in mail center
• Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
• 1-2 years in a working environment
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
