Responsibilities
- Perform regular patrols of assigned areas to identify potential fire hazards.
- Monitor fire safety systems and report any malfunctions or irregularities.
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, inspections, and any incidents.
- Ensure emergency exits and evacuation routes are clear.
- Respond promptly to fire alarms and follow emergency protocols.
- Report any safety or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate with local fire departments if necessary.
- Assist in evacuations and guide residents in case of emergency.
