Are you ready to make a difference in account management? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Account Management Ops Representative to support  brokerage onboarding and maintenance functions. In this role, you’ll assist branch offices by reviewing documentation, activating account traits, and handling escalated cases with a client-first approach. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a drive to support clients while managing risk, we’d love to have you on board!

salary: $22.6 - $22.61 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Maintenance supports the onboarding and maintenance related functions for brokerage accounts.
• The Account Management Ops Representative will provide support to the branch office.
• Team functions include documentation review and activating brokerage account traits.
• Support can be provided by working cases or taking internal phone calls from the branch office for more escalated items.
• Respond to phone calls on the internal line. Work cases in SRP and ASAP.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Decision cases while putting the client and branch office in the forefront while managing risk.
