- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including general ledger reconciliations and balance sheet accounts
- Support the month-end close process through journal entries and accurate financial reporting
- Assist in budget tracking, variance analysis, and provide data insights to drive operational efficiency
- Work closely with accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Maintain and optimize ERP systems (experience with NetSuite, Yardi, or SAP is preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within real estate or property management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Yardi, SAP) is preferred
