Responsibilities
A Sales Staffing Manager plays a key role in field-based customer relationship management, staffing, and recruiting. They meet regularly with clients to understand staffing needs and industry trends, acting as the primary point of contact to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction. In managing temporary employees, they handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring, as well as resolve any attendance, performance, or behavior issues promptly.
The role includes resolving client complaints effectively and communicating resolutions to maintain trust. They actively recruit to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure quick placement for client demands, conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates to roles. Additionally, they identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business to meet sales targets.
The Sales Staffing Manager maintains detailed records on client interactions, staffing metrics, and employee performance, ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and safety standards. Site visits ensure work conditions meet regulations, and all staffing activities align with both company and client standards.
