Responsibilities

• Train onsite to learn multiple layers, facets, and depths of the commercial insurance offerings and the insurance multi-layered bill invoice operations process; giving you the needed knowledge
  • Take good notes, ask questions, and participate in training
• After training, work closely with a mentor who will show you and review your daily operational activities of the Insurance Fee Billing role
• Work directly with the client support team to provide timely and accurate invoice requests
• Utilize multiple billing systems and internal databases to ensure timely and accurate invoice requests
• Analyze large data sets and data points
• Ensure data points are calculated correctly
• Research reconciliation discrepancies 
• Create multi-layered, large-dollar invoices 
• Manage portfolio utilizing a workflow/tickler software tracking tool
• Liaise between clients and insurance carriers
• Ensure that all SLAs are being met to ensure commercial customer satisfaction
