- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or construction administrative support role, preferably within the construction industry. Experience in permitting and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Project Administration: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Document and regularly update project activities.
- Permitting: Coordinate the permitting process, including submission, tracking, and follow-up on permit applications with local authorities and regulatory agencies. Maintain organized records of all permit statuses, ensuring timely approvals to avoid project delays.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, permits, change orders, and job logs. Generate regular project status reports and distribute them to stakeholders as required.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, keeping clients, contractors, vendors, and team members informed of updates, changes, and deadlines.
- Administrative Support: Perform essential administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare meeting agendas, take and distribute meeting minutes, maintain filing systems, and organize construction documents.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain and update project data, ensuring accuracy in databases and spreadsheets. Record job costs, track expenses, and assist in budgeting efforts as needed.
- Budget and Cost Management: Support project managers in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating invoice approvals.
