Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit weekly certified payroll and reports.
- Upload Certified Payroll reports for DIR and Non-DIR jobs through LCPTracker and other labor compliance software as applicable.
- Review internal and subcontractors’ certified payroll reports for compliance (including verification of prevailing wages, craft classifications, fringe benefits, etc.).
- Perform periodic audits of certified payroll and process adjustments or corrections, as necessary.
- Communicate and respond to all incoming correspondence and queries from multiple clients and local agencies.
- Maintain complete and accurate Labor Compliance records for all projects.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with our team and clients.
- Work with AP & AR departments as necessary.
