Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and classified according to company policies and accounting standards.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing and posting necessary journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies before the close.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements for management review.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances, ensuring all accounts are accurate and up to date.
