Responsibilities

• Recording Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  
  
• Maintaining Financial Records: Update and organize all financial records to ensure they are complete and current.
  
  
• Reconciling Accounts: Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements with company accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  
  
• Processing Invoices: Manage invoicing and payments, including issuing invoices to clients and processing incoming bills.
  
  
• Preparing Financial Statements: Assist in generating financial reports like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for review.
  
  
• Managing Payroll: Calculate and process employee wages, ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution.
  
  
• Tracking Expenses: Monitor and categorize expenses, helping the business manage budgets effectively.
  
  
• Assisting with Audits: Support the audit process by preparing relevant documentation and reports as needed.
  
  
• Ensuring Compliance: Stay informed of and comply with relevant tax regulations, reporting requirements, and accounting standards.
