salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
Candidates should possess:
- The ability to independently prioritize assignments, issues and workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A commitment to meeting deadlines
This position includes, without limitation, performance of the following core duties:
• Communications with clients, court, counsel, and others
• Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices for document review
• Conduct legal research
• Coordinate and summarize depositions
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
• Assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Experience electronic filing in New Jersey and New York
- Proficiency in software programs Nuix, Relativity, and iManage
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably with a mid-size or larger law firm
