As a Facility Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and adjusting schedules to support our manufacturing processes. You’ll work closely with production, maintenance, supply chain, and other teams to allocate resources efficiently, resolve scheduling conflicts, and help drive productivity. Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Planning: Developing and managing daily, weekly, and long-term schedules for manufacturing processes, balancing production needs with available resources.
  
  
• Resource Allocation: Assigning equipment, materials, and personnel to various tasks, ensuring that all resources are efficiently utilized.
  
  
• Coordination with Departments: Working closely with production, maintenance, supply chain, and other departments to coordinate schedules, minimize downtime, and address bottlenecks.
  
  
• Monitoring and Adjusting Schedules: Tracking progress and adjusting schedules in response to delays, equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or supply issues.
  
  
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Using data to forecast demand, assess performance metrics, and make informed adjustments to scheduling practices for optimal productivity.
  
  
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that scheduled activities align with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the facility.
