- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in healthcare or business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and experience in a healthcare environment
- 3-5 years of experience working in Pharmacy operations, customer service, or medical related sales
- Understands the sales cycle and process
- Understands patient’s clinical, financial, and emotional needs related to specialty pharmacy
- Highly motivated and committed to excellence with a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Client Communication - Proactively provides patient statuses to HCPs daily or as requested by HCP. Tracks referral completeness and addresses gaps in referral submissions. Follows up with HCPs to promote best practices and provide feedback on patient status. Provides education and relevant new drug or disease-based information and communicates market changes that may impact accounts. Efforts result in positive impact to territory New referral numbers. 25%
- Client Retention - Participates in customer QBRs (Quarterly Business Review) with field sales to demonstrate the value of the PSL service and promote client loyalty. Analysis of sales reports and customer trends to proactively identify and capture opportunities. 15%
- Issue Resolution - Partnering with Operations, proactively intervenes on potential service issues. Escalates urgent matters as needed to maintain exceptional customer service. Provides feedback to HCPs on escalated cases and determines corrective action to avoid repetitive errors. 15%
- Tools & Resources - Support provider onboarding through the PSL portal and clarifying communication preferences to be documented in CPR+ (pharmacy system). Utilize SF (Sales Force) to document campaigns and client meetings. Efficient management of email inbox. 15%
- Customer Experience & Internal Operations - Develop a knowledge base of the marketplace, business environment, account dynamics and customer concerns to deepen customer relationships. 15%
