Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses.
- Accurately track and allocate costs to specific projects to ensure budget adherence and profitability.
- Prepare and process accurate and timely progress billings for ongoing projects.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of project accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile construction loan draws and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
- Manage change order documentation, tracking financial impact on project budgets.
- Compile and analyze project financial data to prepare reports for project managers and leadership.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and construction industry regulations.
- Work closely with project managers and other departments to facilitate accurate project accounting.
