Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
The Patient Services Representative is the main contact for patient scheduling and registration, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and enhancing patient satisfaction by providing a seamless and supportive healthcare access experience.
- Serve as the primary contact for patient scheduling and registration, coordinating appointments and verifying insurance benefits.
- Collect and update patient information, manage referrals, and communicate out-of-pocket expenses to patients using a patient-friendly approach.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction by providing clear instructions, addressing access issues, and supporting a positive experience with each interaction.
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office or medical insurance setting
- Above market pay at $22.00 per hour
