Responsibilities
- Perform loan documentation review
- Ensure loans meet compliance requirements and are in accordance with the company's policies and procedures for loan products
- Manually working through spreadsheets in Excel
- Validating settlement agent information
- Conducting outreach to 3rd parties (sales or settlement agents) to request information or communicate needs
- Reviewing, analyzing and leveraging reports
- Manage an assigned pipeline
