As a Business Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving process improvements that will optimize operational efficiency and align business processes with organizational goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess existing processes, recommend actionable improvements, and deliver impactful communications to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
As a Business Operations Manager, job duties include:
- Plan and implement process improvement initiatives by evaluating and diagramming current processes. Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to support process improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Measure performance against established process requirements and provide ongoing analysis to track effectiveness of improvements.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions on process improvement strategies, including measurement, analysis, and control techniques.
- Perform cost and benefit analyses to support decision-making and recommend process improvements that enhance business outcomes.
- 4 + years of experience working as a Business Operations Manager working with complex budget processes and financial modeling to support business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders, especially in written and verbal formats.
- Previous experience working in customer support or customer service operations is a plus.
- A proactive approach to improving organizational reputation and outcomes by taking ownership of new or different tasks and requests.
