Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
- Document Translation: Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Spanish is a plus.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional and courteous assistance in both languages.
- Data Entry & Filing: Accurately enter data into company systems, maintain files, and organize office materials.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and manage logistics for appointments.
- Office Management: Monitor office supplies, handle inventory, and ensure common areas are organized.
- Special Projects: Support various projects as needed, including event coordination and report preparation.
