Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

- Budget Management: Create, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs remain within allocated limits while optimizing efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee construction processes, ensuring all work meets company quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them proactively, ensuring project continuity.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, schedules, and budget reports.
