- Experience: Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) is a plus.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation & Management: Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents including contracts, motions, and letters. Organize and manage client files and maintain accurate records.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with inquiries. Ensure all client communications are documented and directed to appropriate team members.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage attorney calendars, court dates, meetings, and deadlines to ensure timely preparation and avoid conflicts.
- Research & Case Support: Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant case information, including case law and statutes, to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure that records are up-to-date, confidential, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Billing & Expense Management: Assist with billing and invoice tracking, including reviewing attorney billable hours and preparing client billing statements.
- Court Filings & Documentation: File legal documents with courts as needed, ensuring compliance with court requirements and deadlines.
