Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish, including questions about utility bills, service interruptions, account setups, disconnections, and more.
- Assist customers in understanding their bills, resolving billing discrepancies, and facilitating payments.
- Process requests for new service, transfers, or terminations of utility services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate solutions and guidance for technical problems (e.g., power outages, water issues).
