Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting them with navigating online platforms and Treasury Management products.
- Technical Assistance: Provide support for deposit and loan questions, leveraging bank servicing tools such as emulation and co-browse.
- Knowledge Development: Stay updated on bank systems and processes by regularly attending training sessions to expand technical knowledge.
- Change Planning: Assess, coordinate, and oversee the planning and implementation of change processes across large-scale applications.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the impact, cost-benefit, and risks associated with proposed changes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, IT, and business teams to align objectives and streamline processes.
- Process Integration: Ensure the change management process is effectively integrated with other service management functions.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the change team, fostering a culture of high service availability and operational excellence.
- Consultation: Provide expert advice on complex change management programs across the organization.

Responsibilities
