Responsibilities
- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage full-cycle payroll, including data entry, processing payroll cycles, and ensuring timely payroll for all employees.
- Tax Filings & Reporting: Process payroll tax deposits, prepare and file quarterly payroll tax reports, and handle annual reports such as W-2s and 1099s.
- Benefits and Deductions: Administer employee benefits, deductions, garnishments, and contributions in payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconciliation & Adjustments: Reconcile payroll accounts, troubleshoot discrepancies, and process adjustments or corrections as needed.
- Employee Support: Respond to payroll inquiries, providing clear explanations and assistance with paycheck and deduction questions.
