Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Review: Independently review financial statements and shareholder reports for approximately 45 SEC-registered funds, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Confirm that fund statements meet SEC guidelines and U.S. GAAP standards.
- Research & Issue Resolution: Address technical accounting and disclosure issues and work collaboratively with auditors and third-party administrators to resolve any concerns.
- Documentation & Review Evidence: Complete checklists and maintain records to support audit requirements and process transparency.
- Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with fund auditors, custodians, administrators, and other service providers.
- Policy Adherence: Follow prescribed policies and uphold standards in all review activities.

Responsibilities
1. Independently review financial statements and shareholder reports for approximately 45 SEC registered Funds in the Eaton Vance complex for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
2. Ensure compliance of Fund financial statements with SEC reporting requirements and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
3. Research technical accounting and disclosure issues that may arise in connection with the review of Funds’ financial statements.
4. Assist with addressing questions and resolving issues that may be identified by the auditors and third-party administrator.
5. Timely complete checklists designed to provide evidence of review
6. Maintain positive working relations with outside professionals, including the Fund auditors, the third-party custodian and administrator, and other service providers.
7. Adhere to firm prescribed policies and procedures.
