A Non- profit organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the organization’s full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial reporting, and monthly reconciliations. Responsibilities

• Manage the daily accounting activities, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including fund accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts, as well as review and reconcile grants, donations, and other revenue.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director on budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring budget-to-actual performance.
• Maintain accurate tracking of restricted and unrestricted funds, grants, and other sources of income to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Assist with annual audit preparation, including gathering documentation, reconciling accounts, and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with non-profit financial regulations, maintain accurate financial records, and keep organized documentation for audits and reporting.
• Has a Non-profit experience.
