Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relationships by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Keep clients informed about services, capabilities, and company updates.
• Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry trade shows.
• Foster trust through regular in-person meetings, calls, and emails.
• Develop multi-level relationships to ensure client retention and stability.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to address and escalate issues promptly.
• Secure purchase orders to meet revenue forecasts and shipping deadlines.
• Communicate lead times, policies, and account-specific details clearly.
• Monitor client satisfaction and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Provide accurate demand forecasts for internal SIOP processes.
• Advise clients strategically to meet current and future needs.
• Document communications and data in the CRM daily.
• Support operational tasks to maintain business efficiency.
• Participate in meetings to resolve issues and stay updated on projects.
