Randstad is seeking Imaging Production Specialist 1 for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Shoreview, MN.The position involves a variety of tasks focused on scanning, quality checking, and indexing documents.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on precision and enjoys working with technology. What You'll Do: Scan & Manage Documents: Operate and troubleshoot high-speed scanners to efficiently convert paper documents into digital formats. Quality Control: Ensure scanned materials are clear and accurate, making sure everything is perfectly indexed for easy retrieval. Data Entry: Enter key information quickly and accurately, keeping pace with our fast-moving workflow. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on scanning equipment to keep everything running smoothly. Position: Imaging Production Specialist 1 Location: Shoreview, MN Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $18/hr Shift Days/Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with breaks!) Additional Shifts: Evening or 3rd shift may be required based on assignments.

Responsibilities

• Repetitious work
• Light for Scanning, Quality, Release/Index – Seated task with constant use of upper extremities, primarily for keyboard related tasks.
• Open mail and find out what process comes next - scanning + validating 
• There are four main components to the position. There are opportunities for rotating staff among these components either on different days or during the duration of the shift.
  • 1. Scanning – Prepped cartons are moved (one at a time) to scanner positions. The employee loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received. Depending on the source material, sheets may be fed into scanners one at a time or in small batches. This is primarily a seated task but feeding scanners may be while standing, 20% of position as a whole.
  • 2. Quality – Confirms accuracy of scanned documents. This is primarily a seated task, 10% of position as a whole.
  • 3. Release/Index – Documentation of files and release of scanned material to customer. This is primarily a seated task, 10% of position as a whole.
