Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment.
- Develop and oversee facility budgets, including maintenance costs, capital improvements, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise facility staff and external contractors for cleaning, repairs, and renovations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
- Oversee space planning and facility layout to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies, ensuring minimal operational downtime.
