Responsibilities
- Review and analyze legal agreements for credit facilities.
- Extract and submit key data into loan applications using datasheet templates.
- Work with agreements under multiple jurisdictions, primarily US, UK, and European.
- Support BAU closings and validate data for quality assurance.
- Experience: 3-5 years in legal documentation review with finance knowledge.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing legal agreements.
- Experience in credit facility legal agreements.
- Ability to extract and organize complex data effectively.
- Familiarity with multiple jurisdictional frameworks.
- Familiarity with legal agreements in US, UK, and European jurisdictions.
