Key Responsibilities: Grant Research and Identification
Identify funding opportunities from local, state, federal, and private sources. Analyze funding requirements to determine eligibility and alignment with organizational goals. Application Development and Submission
Draft, edit, and proofread grant proposals, applications, and supporting documents. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary data and materials. Ensure grant submissions meet funder guidelines, including deadlines and formatting requirements. Post-Award Compliance and Reporting
Monitor grant performance to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. Prepare and submit accurate progress, financial, and final reports to funders. Maintain detailed records for audits and funder reviews. Budget Management and Financial Oversight
Assist in developing grant budgets in collaboration with finance and program staff. Track grant expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and funder guidelines. Documentation and Recordkeeping
Maintain organized records of all grant-related documents, including applications, contracts, and reports. Develop and manage systems for tracking grant deadlines and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
- Grant Research and Identification:

Monitor adherence to grant terms and conditions, including budgetary and programmatic requirements.Prepare and submit required reports (progress, financial, and final) to funders on time.Maintain thorough documentation for audits and reviews. - Grant Packet Review and Management:
Review and verify all elements of grant packets, including narratives, budgets, letters of support, and certifications.Ensure completeness and compliance with funder requirements. - Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Collaborate with finance teams to prepare accurate grant budgets.Track expenditures and ensure funds are used appropriately and within grant guidelines.Address discrepancies or financial concerns promptly. - Knowledge of nonprofit or experience is a plus
