Responsibilities
- Process 150-200 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Log into financial systems to confirm payment status and ensure payments are drawn correctly.
- Prepare and send bills to tenants for shared expenses, including annual escalation adjustments.
- Calculate and allocate tenant shares of increased operating costs, taxes, and other escalations as outlined in lease agreements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all escalation-related activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments are processed on behalf of tenants.
- Verify and track payments to vendors, utilities, and other service providers.
- Financial Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system.
- Support the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable and escalation adjustments.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, provide updates on payment status, and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures for accounts payable and bookkeeping activities.
- Perform regular audits to ensure the integrity of financial records.
