• Receive materials in Sage accounting and maintain accurate filing of purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Making sure all vendor invoice pricing is accurate, purchase order matches and update any shipment tracking information, billing customers for direct shipments, and requesting packing slips as needed from vendors, verifying sales tax for applicable county.
• Receiving: Verify vendor packing slips to what our warehouse received for accuracy, follow up on any discrepancies from supplier, communicate with our warehouse manager if any discrepancies, and receive materials against purchase orders in Sage accounting program.
• File: Purchase order hard copies, invoices, and bills of lading.
• Maintaining files accurately
• Working alongside team memebers
