Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial banking customers via phone and email.
- Assist clients in navigating online Treasury Management platforms and tools, including emulation and co-browse functionalities.
- Resolve inquiries related to deposits, loans, and Treasury Management products.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of bank systems and services.
- Change Management:
- Oversee implementation, integration, and adherence to the change management process.
- Assess proposed changes for impact, cost-benefit, and associated risks.
- Coordinate and execute planning and implementation processes for application changes.
- Supervise end-to-end implementation of large-scale and complex application updates.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, IT teams, and business units to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Integrate the change management process with other service management functions.
- Provide consulting expertise for organizational change management programs.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise the change team to ensure system and service availability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure compliance with best practices.
salary: $28.12 - $28.13 per hour

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with their deposit and loan questions.
- Maintain appropriate technical understanding of bank systems. Regularly attend trainings to support/expend knowledge base.
- Oversees the implementation, integration, effectiveness, and adherence to the change management process.
- Assesses the impact, cost benefit and risk of proposed changes.
- Coordinates the change planning and implementation process.
- Manages implementation of end-to-end large scale application changes.
- Maintains continuous communications with stakeholders, IT, and business teams.
- Consults on large scale and complex change management program across the organization. Integrates change management process with other service management functions.
- Provides day-to-day supervision of the change team, ensuring high levels of system/service availability of all systems.
