Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and branch employees to deliver world-class service.
- Address inquiries related to insurance licensing, order desk operations, and policy services.
- Issue Resolution:
- Handle inquiries via phone and case management systems, utilizing online resources and tools to resolve issues efficiently.
- Adhere to established guidelines for service quality and one-call resolution.
- Process Coordination:
- Route processing requests to the appropriate teams and escalate inquiries when necessary for additional research.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests following organizational procedures.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively to meet team and department service goals set by management.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge of annuity and insurance operations.
salary: $21.33 - $21.34 per hour
