We are looking for a Staff Accountant candidate for growing company! At this company you would be responsible for month-end journal entries, schedules and account reconciliations. You will need to have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and have excellent analytical and organizational skills. Responsibilities

Responsible for accurate and timely general ledger entries and ensuring that entries comply with GAAP. Balance
sheet account reconciliations should be completed each period. The accountant will prepare and enter period-end
GL entries related to loans, prepaid expenses, accruals, cash transfers, insurance, and more.

Enter all fixed assets in BNA asset software. Run depreciation reports and enter GL depreciation entries. Reconcile
SAP to BNA. Perform annual fixed asset audits and depose of appropriate assets.

Review and code expense reports. Create monthly journal entries. Communicate with employees regarding
expense report policies, due dates, and missing information.

Assist with the year-end audit by our CPA firm. Periodically audit internal paperwork to assure that accounting
transactions are appropriately authorized.
