Responsibilities

About the Position
The Customer Care Specialist team is a dynamic, solution-focused group, where you’ll collaborate with the team to analyze and find efficiencies in areas like turnaround times and borrower outreach. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’ll work closely across departments to support the auto loan funding process. This position reports directly to the Customer Care Manager.

• Assess and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction
• Achieve set goals and metrics to provide a seamless customer experience
• Establish lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication
• Accurately document customer interactions, manage accounts, and organize files efficiently
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies
• Assist with documentation needs and ensure timely communication of pending tasks to customers
