• Skills in organizing and delivering employee training programs (e.g., equipment handling, safety protocols).
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) to inform decision-making.
• Flexibility to handle the dynamic nature of manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Ability to address operational and personnel challenges promptly and effectively.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, scheduling software, and payroll platforms.
