Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Life Insurance Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak) to join our team. Life insurance industry experience is a must have, please do not apply without it. Join us in making a positive impact on individuals' lives. Hours are M-F 8am to 5pm, pay rate is $22-25/hour. This position is fully in office in downtown Des Moines, IA.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to agents, and policy holders
• Life insurance claims Adjudication Experience
• Life Insurance industry experience
• Performing policy transactions
• Processing service requests, and changes to policies
• Sending out various documentation, and doing appropriate research
• Collaborate with team on how to improve processes, and increase customer satisfaction
• Receiving and answer on average around 30 phone calls a day
