Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and accrual calculations.
• Prepare and distribute financial statements in compliance with GAAP and VF guidelines.
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze/report results.
• Lead financial analysis and variance explanations.
• Manage special projects and ad hoc reporting.
• Mentor and guide accounting staff.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced organizational, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
• High level of integrity and problem-solving capability.
• Flexibility to work over 40 hours per week if necessary.
