Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project administration.
• Complete and submit standard project forms.
• Enter job line items into the project system.
• Update project milestones and ensure accurate tracking.
• Create and receive purchase orders.
• Utilize various software applications daily, including:
  • Proprietary database
  • Microsoft Office
  • Google Forms
  • Smartsheet
• Update customer databases and portals as needed.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses.
• Assist with client invoicing and preparation of close-out documentation.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
