We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements.
• Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in creating budgets and predicting financial performance.
• Auditing: Conduct internal or external audits to verify accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

 Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Invoice Processing: Review and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Payment Management: Schedule and prepare payments (checks, EFTs).
• Reconciliation: Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors about discrepancies and payments.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Billing: Prepare and send invoices to customers.
• Collections: Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections.
• Customer Account Maintenance: Record payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reporting: Generate reports on account statuses and payment trends.
• Credit Checks: Evaluate customer creditworthiness.
